Because all items from Orange Couch Crochet are handmade, many are created specifically for you. For this reason, all sales are final once an item has been made or shipped.

Digital Product

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

Made to Order Items

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on made-to-order, custom, or personalized items.

  • Once production has begun or an item has been completed, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Ready to Ship Items

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on ready-to-ship items once the item has been shipped.

  • Orders for ready-to-ship items may only be canceled before shipping occurs.

Damaged in Transit

While every order is packaged with care, Orange Couch Crochet is unable to offer refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives with shipping-related damage, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
